  X-RAY UNITS  

One of the conversion trends of VNIIA activity is X-ray equipment development and production for industrial defectoscopy and security equipment.
In this field VNIIA is specialized in production of small sized X-ray generators with continuous anode voltage and up to 4 kW power. VNIIA develops and produces monoblock-type X-ray generators with mid-range conversion in the main circuit and adjustable stabilized continuous anode voltage.
Continuous voltage of anode is achieved by using diode-capacitive voltage-multiplying circuit.
VNIIA experience and technologies allow developing and producing all the parts and components of X-ray monoblocks including high-voltage transformers, capacitors and X-ray tubes.
