The Institute's social policy is aimed at keeping the professional staff and creating the environment for the fruitful work. VNIIA provides all the employees and retirees with the timely and good-quality medical treatment in the medical facility located at the premises of the Institute, and in the hospitals # 85, 83, and 119. There is the children summer camp located near Moscow. There is a kindergarten available for the children and grandchildren of the employees. The Institute subsidizes the nutrition, education & training, recreation, medical treatment, sports and social events. The refurbishment of the Institute's production shops and offices is currently underway, as well as the improvement of the Institute's territory. At the Institute you can attend a gymnasium, fitness and chess groups, the ping-pong competitions. There are opportunities to go info mounting skiing, swimming, tennis, and soccer. There are regular social events, corporate parties, concerts, and tours.
